The Estonian Defense Forces have detained a tanker near the island of Aegna. The vessel KIWALA was used to transport crude oil and was heading to the Russian port of Ust-Luga, sailing along Estonian territorial waters. There were 24 people on board, including the captain, a Chinese citizen, and presumably Mauritanian citizens.
